On The Road

	Refuelling The Car must be returned with a full tank. If the tank is less than full, Sh@reCar® will refill the tank and charge the nominated credit card of the driver.
	Tolls Tolls are at the expense of the Driver so please pre-arrange with CityLink/EastLink.
	Accident Do NOT admit fault. Secure the Car and inform the police immediately if there are any injuries or a disagreement in the facts. Complete the Damage Report Form (copies located in the Car).
	Theft Please contact the Building Manager and a Sharecar® representative immediately.
	Booking Period You are required to adhere to the Booking Period. Penalties may apply if you are late and/or inconvenience another Driver. The penalty will be automatically deducted from your nominated credit card. You are able to amend a booking period prior to the commencement, but please keep Sh@reCar® informed.
	Breakdown If the Car cannot be used the Driver should inform the Building Manager a Sharecar® representative immediately and park in accordance with their instructions.
	Parking and Traffic Offences Drivers are responsible for all parking and traffic offence penalties during the Booking Period. Drivers must report any such offences to the Building Manager as soon as possible.
